    The assembly department is organized as a profit centre on main product lines, highly flexible and is able to manually, mechanically or half-automatically execute the tasks.

    Mounting technologies are complex, ranging from pure assembly to adjustment and control; main control devices are self executed.

    The Assembly Department employ some 15% of total workforce, all employees being trained at least once per year and thus being able to execute any of the basic operations through the department.
